The pool was already there. Everything around it was not: bare rutted dirt running to a rough temporary edge at the coping, no deck, and nowhere to walk. It is now a stamped concrete pool deck and patio off the sliders, a capped block seat wall, a wide panel of sod, and planting beds mulched in wood chips along the back wall.

Schedule & prep
We lock a start date, order against the approved scope, and handle demolition and grading so the ground is right before anything goes in.

Build & plant
Hardscape gets formed, poured, and set. Irrigation goes in and gets tested. Sod and planting land last. We clean up as we go, not at the end.
- Forms and steel go in for concrete; compacted base and edging go in under pavers and turf.
- Irrigation is installed and pressure-tested before any sod or planting is delivered.
- The same crew is on your property every day the job is running.
Finish & walkthrough
We protect the work while it cures or takes root, set your controller, and walk the finished job with you before anyone calls it done.
- Concrete stays protected and barricaded while it cures, so nobody has to guess when to stay off it.
- We seal the finish where the surface calls for it, set your irrigation schedule with you, and clear our equipment and debris off the site.
- We walk the finished job with you and handle anything on your list before we call it complete.
